Learn @ Lunch: A Meatless Meal Featuring Mole

For ages 18 & up

In our one hour, lunchtime class, we'll show you how to make a traditional mole served over roasted, seasonal squash; a bight, colorful salad; and an amazing dessert. You'll pick up tips from our pros as our instructors show you lean to make a lovely, meatless meal suitable for any occasion.

For ages 18 & up. Alcohol will not be served in this class.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
