Child Care Directors, Principals, Owners, Administrators, and Emerging ECE Leaders!
The Southern Nevada Chapter of the Nevada Association for the Education of Young Children, College of Southern Nevada, and Las Vegas Urban League-Early Childhood Connection invites current ECE Leaders and Emerging Leaders to join us for a day of networking, professional development, food, prizes, and fun!
All attendees will receive 6 hours of Nevada Registry-approved training, a light breakfast, lunch, a leadership book, a swag bag, and a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of TWO $500 Lakeshore gift certificates, along with other exciting prizes!
Our Keynote Speaker is Dr. Delphina JOYce Avila. Dr. Avila, known as the Messenger of JOY, has dedicated over 30 years to advancing education and leadership development. As the Founder and CEO of Journey Options YouChoose (JOY), she empowers individuals and organizations through customized workshops, leadership training, and strategic consulting designed to foster lasting JOY and meaningful growth. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and wellness, Dr. Avila brings a wealth of experience from her roles as an educator, school district leader, and community advocate. She is honored to serve as the keynote speaker for ECE Leadership Day on February 1, 2025, inspiring the early childhood education community to lead with purpose and resilience.
