PROGRAM FACILITATORS
TOM NEWTON BSc, SEHDM National rower, natural bodybuilder and high-level rugby player, Tom is passionate about fitness, especially resistance training. Tom aims to help others reach their potential and enjoy the benefits of a fit and strong body.
BRENDAN VORSTER BSc (Ex Science & Rehabilitation) Born and raised in South Africa, Brendan represented state-level teams in rugby union, athletics, cricket, and tennis, before moving to Perth and playing for the Western Force U/20s and the University of Western Australia Premier Grade rugby union team. Brendan’s love of sports evolved into an interest in exercise physiology, particularly rehabilitation.
MILLIE McCARTHY Millie McCarthy is an experienced athlete and elite NBL1 basketball player (Perry Lakes Hawks) who has worked extensively with young aspiring athletes as a coach and mentor.
