EVERY MOVE COUNTS: HOW TO PREVENT DIABETES, HEART DISEASE & JOINT PAIN

Hear from health experts at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute during this special Dare to Care event, where exercise physiologist, Katie Stewart, and pharmacist, Jason Chew, will discuss the latest research and recommendations for physical activity in preventing chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and joint pain.

WHEN: Wednesday, 17 July 2024, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm (please arrive and take your seat by 5.15pm to in advance of the 5.30pm start).
