MOTOWN REVOLUTIONARIES IN MEMPHIS “YOU CANT WIPE OUT THE HAND THAT IS FEEDING YOU! WE ARE ESSENTIAL AND KEY”
On March 28th at 5pm join us at @meccamemphis, 4080 Elvis Presley Blvd to learn about the glorious struggle of the League of Revolutionary Black Workers.
The LRBW was a militant, rank and file, worker led organization that organized Black workers in the auto industry in Detroit! They recognized where Black workers hold the leverage to push forward demands to better their lives. They shook up the bureaucratic corrupt union leaders and the big auto industry who tried to keep them down.
Memphis workers and community we invite you to join us this discussion with former members Jerome Scott and walda- katz fishman to learn about how they got this and what we can do in Memphis to combat the attacks the working class is facing today
MAKE SURE TO RSVP (need to know how much food to get): https://bit.ly/MTR_Memphis
