Welcome to Learn Boccia- a social ball game for all abilities event at The Nook - Glasgow!

Boccia is the fastest-growing Paralympic sport. It involves rolling, throwing, or kicking a small boccia ball towards a target (the jack!). Boccia is similar to boules or pétanque but uses a soft leather ball, which means it can be played at any time, in any place, and by anyone.

This game requires no experience and can be played by anyone of any ability. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a complete newbie, you'll have a fantastic time playing boccia!
