Join us for a fun and educational in-person event at Forage restaurant in Silverlake. We'll take a deep dive into the wonderful world of sake. Whether you're a beginner or just curious, we'll explore different styles, flavors, and the history behind this amazing drink. 🍶
This class is being taught by Master Sake Sommelier and WSET Certified Educator- Atsuko Glick and co-hosted by Milkfarm Artisan Cheese Shop. Attendees will enjoy SIX different sakes while learning (and tasting) the differences betweeen styles such as awa, nama, muroka, tokubetsu, kimoto, doburoku and more! Did you know that sake + cheese make an incredible pairing? Three fantastic cheese pairings will be included for you to enjoy!
