In this Primary Group Class for students 4 to 6 years old, classes will involve storytelling, speech and drama games, poetry performance, communication skills, and early reading activities led by experienced Speech Arts instructor Debbie McGladdery. Each child will learn two short poems for presentation to parents as well as the Penticton Kiwanis Music Festival on Tuesday, April 9.
Some home practice is involved!
Fee: $120 (plus registration fees) includes:
- 5 45-minute classes (Jan 31, Feb 6, 13, 20, & 27)
- 2 20-minute private lessons (to be scheduled March 19-April 4)
- Parent Watching Day! Zoom Open Studio February 27
- 2 Entries into PKMF "Primary Non-Competitive" event April 9 ($40 value)
- Books, materials, typing of selections
