Lean thinking focuses on meeting customer requirements; eliminating errors and variation from products and services; and improving the efficiency of processes. Thrive35 uses an optimised set of Lean and Six Sigma improvement tools to provide you with the skills to better leverage your investment in Nintex Process Manager (Promapp) to deliver rapid and sustainable improvement.
Many organisations have significantly improved their financial bottom line by implementing process improvement programs in conjunction with Nintex Process Manager. Lean and Six Sigma are proven concepts and have saved millions of dollars for clients.
Our approach will teach you how to:
- Identify and remove waste in Nintex Process Manager processes,
- Minimise opportunities for errors and defects,
- Implement controls,
- Deliver desired outcomes, and
- Flag opportunities for automation.
