Lean On Me is a monthly support group created for caregivers who are walking alongside a loved one through Dementia, Parkinson’s, or aging in place. We’re here to offer practical guidance, helpful education, and a supportive space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.We meet on the third Thursday of each month in the chapel at Mariella of Sage Spring, and everyone is welcome.
