This session will keep the signature Lean Coffee format you love but with a festive twist. We’ll celebrate the year’s wins, share lessons learned, and look ahead to what’s next — all over great coffee, conversation, and a relaxed, holiday atmosphere.

Info: In true Lean Coffee fashion, we’ll let the group set the agenda. Attendees will propose topics, vote to prioritize them, and then break into small groups for time-boxed discussions. This format keeps the energy high and ensures we focus on what matters most to those in the room.
