Teilnahmebedingungen

1. Mastercard wird – falls erforderlich – die durch die Teilnehmer:innen angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten (Vorname, Nachname und E-Mail-Adresse) zur Durchführung des Angebots an den jeweiligen Partner / die jeweilige Partnerin weiterleiten.
   
2. An- und Abreise zum Event erfolgen auf eigene Regie und Kosten.
   
3. Bitte beachten Sie, dass beim Angebot keine Tickets zum Finale der LoL World Championship in London verkauft werden. Bei dem Angebot handelt es sich um eine Viewing Experience in Berlin.
   
4. Mastercard beabsichtigt, Bild- bzw. Videoaufnahmen während dieser Veranstaltung erstellen zu lassen. Mit der Buchung des Angebots erklären sich die Teilnehmer:innen mit der Erstellung von Bild- bzw. Videoaufnahmen von ihnen und der Verwendung dieser Bild- bzw. Videoaufnahmen zum Zweck der Bewerbung dieser Kampagne in internen und externen Medien wie z. B. Facebook, Instagram und auf priceless.com einverstanden. Außerdem können die Aufnahmen von Mastercard an Dritte (z. B. Influencer, Blogger), die im Auftrag von Mastercard arbeiten, weitergegeben und von diesen in deren internen und externen Medien (z. B. Social Media Accounts) verwendet werden. Diese Einwilligung können die Teilnehmer:innen jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass dies einen Einfluss auf die Inanspruchnahme des Angebots hat. Durch den Widerruf der Einwilligung wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten nicht berührt.
   
5. Bei Nutzung dieses Angebots stimmen die Karteninhaber:innen der Weitergabe ihrer personenbezogenen Daten an den Partner / die Partnerin und weitere zur Umsetzung des Angebots notwendige Dritte zu.
   
6. Die Teilnehmer:innen sind verpflichtet, bestehende gesetzliche Urheber- und sonstige Rechte zu beachten. Sie dürfen die Inhalte nicht vervielfältigen, verbreiten oder öffentlich zugänglich machen oder technische Schutzmaßnahmen oder Urheber- bzw. Rechtevermerke entfernen.
   
7. Der Partner / die Partnerin behält sich das Recht vor, die Teilnahme an dem Angebot im Falle von beleidigenden oder illegalen Verhaltensweisen zu beenden.
   
8. Nach der Buchung des Angebots erhalten die Teilnehmer:innen eine Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail. Die Teilnehmer:innen bringen diese Bestätigung bitte unbedingt in digitaler Form oder ausgedruckt zusammen mit und einem gültigen Lichtbildausweis zum Angebotstermin mit.
   
9. Mit einer weiteren E-Mail erhalten die Teilnehmer:innen weitere Informationen, falls dies erforderlich sein sollte.
   
10. Bei Absage des Termins nach dem oben genannten Termin oder Nichtteilnahme am gebuchten Termin besteht kein Anspruch auf einen Ersatztermin oder auf Rückerstattung von eventuell gezahlten Vergütungen.
    
11. Nach der Abwicklung des Angebots werden der Partner / die Partnerin und Mastercard die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer:innen auf Grundlage der Datenschutzbestimmungen löschen.
    
12. Das Mindestalter der Teilnehmer:innen beträgt 18 Jahre.
    
13. Die maximale Teilnehmendenanzahl beträgt 350 Personen.
    
14. Sollte die Aktion aufgrund eines unabsehbaren Ereignisses nicht in dem beschriebenen Umfang stattfinden können, behält sich der Partner / die Partnerin die kurzfristige Absage der Aktion vor. In diesem Fall werden evtl. bereits gezahlte Beträge von K+R / Mastercard vollständig zurückerstattet.

Terms & Conditions

1. Mastercard will - if necessary - forward the personal data provided by the user (first name, last name and e-mail address) to the respective partner for the purpose of implementing the offer.
   
2. Travel to and from the meeting point is at your own risk and expense.
   
3. Please note that tickets for the LoL World Championship final in London are not included in this offer. The offer is for a viewing experience in Berlin.
   
4. Mastercard intends to have pictures and video recordings made during this event. By booking the offer, the participants agree to the creation of image or video recordings of them and the use of these image or video recordings for the purpose of promoting this campaign in internal and external media such as Facebook, Instagram and on Priceless.com. In addition, the recordings may be shared by Mastercard with third parties (influencers, bloggers, etc.) working on behalf of Mastercard and used by them in their internal and external media (e.g., social media accounts). Participants may revoke this consent at any time without this having any influence on the use of the offer. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent until revocation.
   
5. When using this offer, Cardholders agree to the transfer of their personal data to the Partner and other third parties necessary for the implementation of the offer.
   
6. Participants are obliged to observe existing statutory copyrights and other rights. They may not copy, distribute or make the content publicly available or remove technical protection measures or copyright or rights notices.
   
7. The Partner reserves the right to terminate the participation in the offer in case of offensive or illegal behavior.
   
8. After booking the offer, the participants will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. Participants must bring the confirmation in printed or digital form together with a valid photo ID to the offer date.
   
9. With a further mail the participants receive additional information, if this should be necessary.
   
10. In case of cancellation of the appointment after the above-mentioned date or non-participation in the booked appointment, there is no right to an alternative appointment or to a refund of any remuneration paid.
    
11. After the completion of the offer, the Partner and Mastercard will delete the personal data of the Participants on the basis of the data protection regulations.
    
12. The minimum age of the participants is 18 years.
    
13. The maximum number of participants is 350.
    
14. If the event cannot take place to the extent outlined due to unforeseen circumstances, the merchant reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice. In this case, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.
