Having burned out at the age of 33 & suffering heart problems as a result (because I was not leading myself effectively at all) I have worked with numerous coaches & mentors & done extensive learning around mindset, habits & behaviours to identify what leading yourself effectively truly means & I want to teach you this so you hopefully never experience burnout like I did.
You will also have the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, gain valuable insights, and leave feeling inspired and motivated to start making some real, impactful changes in your life.
