Even if you don’t see yourself as a “leader”, you already lead in many ways and this session will help you recognise and build those skills!
About this Event

Leadership in a social enterprise or community organisation can be exciting, rewarding and sometimes overwhelming!

We’ll explore different leadership styles, reflect on your own approach, and identify practical skills that help you lead in your community with confidence and resilience. You’ll also consider ways to navigate challenges, manage responsibilities, and create impact without burning out.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clearer sense of your leadership style and strengths
  • Recognition of the ways you already lead and influence others
  • Practical strategies for leading teams, projects, or initiatives
  • Tools to help you navigate challenges while keeping your wellbeing in mind
