About this Event
2024 Academy of Management PDW, "Leading the Boat: Discussing Teamwork, Resilience, and Purpose through the Lens of Competitive Rowing." The PDW is sponsored by the Iberoamerican Academy of Management (IAOM), Organization and Management Theory (OMT), and Organization Development and Change (ODC) Divisions, and organized by Erica Salvaj, Monica Franco-Santos, and Luis Gomez-Mejia.
The event will take place on 9th August 2024 (8am-6pm) at the Marriott and the Lincoln Park Boat Club, Chicago (www.lpboatclub.org). Attached you will find the agenda with all the details. The nominal fee to cover the rowing activity and the lunch is $200 per person.
