Elevating Leadership: Leading Like a CoachA 2.5-Day, In-Person Masterclass for Mid-Level Women Leaders in Aviation
You are already leading teams, projects, or cross-functional work.
You are responsible for performance, engagement, and results.
And leadership is getting more complex, not simpler.
This Masterclass is designed for women in aviation who are ready to move beyond telling, fixing, and pushing, and instead lead through trust, accountability, and stronger conversations.
Over 2.5 days in Victoria, you will develop a coaching approach to leadership that helps you:
- Navigate difficult conversations with greater clarity and confidence
- Build trust and accountability without micromanaging
- Engage your team’s thinking rather than carrying everything yourself
- Lead effectively in complex, high-pressure aviation environments
This is not an introductory leadership course and not a conference.
It is a small, in-person working experience focused on real application, peer learning, and practical tools you can use immediately in your role.
May 26–28, 2026 | Inn at Laurel Point, Victoria Harbour
You’ll learn to activate the best thinking, action, and outcomes from the people you lead by embedding coaching skills into your leadership practice. Through hands-on learning and guided reflection, you will:
- Learn practical coaching tools you can apply immediately with your team
- Strengthen your ability to lead performance conversations with clarity and intention
- Build trust and engagement without relying on authority alone
- Practice real leadership conversations in a supportive, peer-based environment
- Leave with a clearer leadership approach you can use across teams and situations
Your experience unfolds at the Inn at Laurel Point, a serene waterfront retreat nestled on Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Each private room offers a stunning harbour view, while farm-and-sea-to-table cuisine nourishes your learning journey.
The masterclass also includes:
