This program Leading a High Performing Team will focus you as a leader on building and maintaining an effective team. It will assist you to take the next step in supporting your teams’ growth by being able to identify strengths and weaknesses in your team and use of coaching and reinforcing skills to build high performance and continued improvement.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Explain the elements of a high performing team
• Describe the stages of team development and having strategies to facilitate your team towards high performance
• Adapt your leadership approach
• Build more effective leaders/team member relationships
• Be equipped with skills and tools for giving reinforcing and redirecting performance feedback to your team
• Use a framework for coaching and developing team members
• Lead change in uncertainty
