CLASS 1

Skills for Supervisors

Friday, August 23rd

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Designed for current or aspiring supervisors. The class will include real-world simulations and case studies. Attendees will learn 1. Effective team management skills and motivation techniques, 2. Styles that promote innovation, accountability, and success, 3. Strategic thinking to align organizational goals and 4. Tools that drive productivity in a dynamic work environment.

CLASS 2

Fundamentals of Leadership

Friday, August 30th

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Designed for professionals seeking to drive positive change. The class will focus on the core elements of successful leadership. Attendees will 1. Understand the difference between leaders and managers, 2. Identify and utilize personal leadership styles, 3. Recognize personal strengths and weaknesses and 4. Utilize self-awareness to empower themselves to encompass a growth mindset in leadership.

COACHING Following Classes 1 & 2

100 Minutes via Zoom

Designed using a strengths-based approach to deliver tailored attention to each attendee. Empowers participants to swiftly apply and integrate the materials covered in Classes 1 & 2 into their respective roles and responsibilities. A 50-minute Zoom Coaching Session will be scheduled following each class for a total of 100 minutes of personalized coaching

Workshop Includes:

• Two full-day classes + 100 Minutes Individual Coaching
• One Year Access to Learning Management System (LMS) Course Content
• Both Paper & Digital Certificate
• Lunch

Fee for Two Day Workshop:

$1,800 per attendee for one to three people from the same company, $1,500 per attendeee when registering four or more people. The entire fee may qualify for the Upskill grant program - Contact your Manufacture Nevada Business Advisor to discuss.
