The program’s almost 1400 graduates hold leadership positions in their communities and workplaces — running non-profit organizations, sitting on boards, launching successful startups, serving as public officials and much more. In addition to honing leadership skills and learning about the community, Leadership Richardson fosters friendships that last a lifetime.
