About this Event
'Leadership Matters' is an event series run by the Aston Business School Alumni Relations Team, which provides alumni, (MBA) students and external guests with an opportunity to network, as well as hear from a panel of business leaders on 'best practice' and challenges.
Our first event this year, Leading with Impact, will dive into the essentials of leading people and teams effectively. In a world of rapid change, today's leaders must not only be adaptable but also inspire and empower their teams to achieve their highest potential. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from a panel of business leaders, as they share their strategies and insights on developing high performance teams, talent development and motivation, creating an inclusive and empowering organisational culture, and navigating leadership challenges in dynamic times.
The event will take place at Aston Business School and will follow the following format:
18:00 – Registration
18:30 – Panel discussion
20:00 – Networking
