About this Event
The practice of HLS-aligned leadership involves being in touch with our values and principles as well as expressing those values and principles through our work of experimentation, learning and adaptation. (This way of putting values into action is described as Haltung in social pedagogy.) In recent case studies, we can see that people in the HLS community are exercising leadership through relational practice and collaboration, accounting for the lack of humanity in our systems and the need for more flexible and holistic service provision.
This webinar will explore forms of leadership that acknowledge the complexity of people’s lives and how they differ from traditional ones. We will hear from and have conversations with practitioners involved in HLS-aligned leadership about their leadership journeys and what they’ve learnt.
This event will be run in collaboration by colleagues from Collaborate CIC, ThemPra Social Pedagogy, and the University of Plymouth.
