Led by retired Fire Chief Bo Butler, Leadership Gettysburg | Fire Edition is an elite Leadership Development Experience designed exclusively for the Fire Service. Over 2 days on the sacred ground of Gettysburg, participants step into an immersive, high-impact program that fuses timeless battlefield lessons with the modern challenges firefighters face today. The experience strengthens judgment, sharpens decision-making & elevates organizational culture through real, tested leadership - not theory. Guided in the field by a Licensed Battlefield Guide & retired USMC Colonel, students engage in a powerful “Staff Ride” that brings decisive moments to life. These moments - forged in chaos, uncertainty, courage & consequence - challenge each participant to lead with character, clarity, conviction & integrity.
