How do we address the moral & philosophical challenges around inclusive actions in our leadership roles?
Join like-minded organizational leaders to engage in a journey exploring thought leadership around the moral & philosophical challenges of inclusive actions in our leadership roles. In our every-other-month meetings, with guiding inquiry and other textual exploration, we will interrogate our practice, impact, potential, and develop strategies and appreciation for change. This is an opportunity to learn in community and engage with what it means to create intentionally inclusive spaces. This event is hosted by the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice in partnership with the NJ LGBTQIA+ Youth Equity Commission.
