If you are looking to grow in your leadership skills, learn more about leadership, or sense a calling toward church leadership (pastoring or church planting), this course is for you! We're partnering with the Redding Vineyard to put on a 8 month course that will help prepare you to be a better leader, whether you are specifically interested in serving in the church or even in your home and business life! The course will cover a variety of topics and will provided guided readings and discussions around the following topics:
- What is a Leader and what does the Bible teach about leadership?
- How to effectively plan events.
- How to lead meetings.
- How leaders can take care of themselves.
- How to replicate others and build teams.
- What are the most common challenges to leadership?
- And much, much more!
We will be meeting at a central location in Cottonwood from 6 to 8pm on the 2nd Sunday of every month (except for May, which lands on Mother's Day).
