Join the Leadership Constellation Circle in York!
Ready to start the year resourced, grounded and in alignment ?
Come hang out with fellow leaders for an inspiring in-person constellation session - the first of it's kind in York.
We'll be using systemic constellation tools to reflect on what you need to be aligned with, resourced by and grounded in, to enter into the next year ready to unlock even more of your potential and that of your team and people.
Systemic Constellations is a creative, solutions-focussed way of exploring challenges and systems. We work with the widest view to explore old stories through new lenses. In the hope that we can surface hidden dynamics, and the "stuff" that keeps you stuck.
It's a body based approach, utilising the 'knowing-field' and can be tricky to explain - the best way to find out if it's for you, is to give it a go!
There will be an opportunity to work on challenges in small groups and I will also hold a whole group constellation where we will collectively explore at least one person's big issue.
