VECTOR (A7V) presents the Leadership Coaching Program (LCP)
Length: Two Weeks (15-18 June and 22-25 June 2026
Modality: In-person and Virtual (Zoom)
Description: The Leadership Coaching Program (LCP) is designed for all ranks of leaders who want to deepen their leadership and teaching capabilities. The 8-day program runs over two weeks (15-18 and 22-25 June 2026), 8:30am to 4:00pm and is a mix of self-study/prep, in-person, and virtual (Zoom) experiences that include practice and live assessments.
Participants will walk away with a Leadership Coaching SEI along with 11 mindsets, 17 skillsets, and 27 toolsets/resources. Individuals can complete an additional 30 hours of student coaching experience to apply for the professional coaching credential, Board Certified Coach (BCC), with the Center of Credentialing and Education (CCE).
The program aligns with the core coaching competencies established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). All participants must have base access and a CAC to get on the military installation.
