Leadership Clarksville will celebrate the Class of 2026 in agraduation ceremony 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 8 Champion’s Way 37040.
Thirty-four leaders in the Class of 2026, themed ‘Oh, the Places We’ll Go!,’ completed an immersive 9-month program exploring Clarksville-Montgomery County's business, academic, economic, government, nonprofit, law enforcement, health and cultural sectors.
“’Oh, the Places We’ll Go!’ is representative of our Leadership Clarksville experience of exploring the people and organizations who are the pulse of our city but also represents the
class as we use this experience to continue to be great leaders in Clarksville,” Sharita Brown, graduation committee chair, said.
The commencement marks a 38-year legacy of Leadership Clarksville’s investment in developing emerging leaders into active collaborators and community contributors.
“Many of us came into this program not knowing what to expect and not knowing each other. Through our exciting, shared experiences, we are leaving with valuable relationships that will
last well beyond this graduation. Our class legacy will be defined by the positive influence we will continue to have on the world around us,” Juanita Charles, 2026 class president, said.
The celebration is open to the public. Tickets and sponsorships are available at:
