About this Event
Join the BeaYOUtiful team as they navigate valuable discussions on leadership and self-esteem building. What does leadership look like? Why is it important? How do we ignore the outside noise and overcome obstacles that come with our day to day that affect our well being and the way we think about ourselves?
Building confidence and self-esteem is a life long journey and we want to provide you with tools to better equip you when you come across situations that make you question your self-worth. Attendees will hear from inspiring guest speakers, engage in impactful dialogue and partake in several activities in this empowering session all while enjoying some sweet treats and popcorn!

**Please note our sessions will take place in The Mississauga Sports Hall of Fame which is attached to the Paramount.
**Please note that no adult chaperones are able to stay in the room during the workshop AND parents/guardians will be required to walk their athlete to the door to sign-in and must return to sign them out.**

As a Canadian Charitable Organization, the purpose of the BeaYOUtiful Foundation is to advance health and youth education by providing self-esteem and confidence-building classes. The organization looks to instil the value of self-worth and to support girls and non-binary youth in their confidence journey by facilitating supportive mentorship relationships between young girls and empowering women from their own community.
