Barney has secured a place at the Motorsport UK Academy, the national governing body’s elite development program for Britain’s highest-potential drivers. Formula 1 star Lando Norris is a graduate of the same program. Entry to the Academy requires consistent performance at the highest national level, along with strong physical fitness and academic achievement, all of which Barney is actively pursuing as he builds his racing career.

At this exclusive event, Barney will share insights into his journey, mindset, and what it takes to perform at the highest level, lessons that resonate far beyond the racetrack.
