'iwa collaborative exists for local leaders in local places, helping them to hold the tension between the demands of change and the people they are called to be with, seeing the big picture while staying grounded in real relationships within real communities.
From a diverse and experienced partnership of leaders comes a day of world-class training and community for church leaders involved in the work of change for the glory of God and the good of their neighbourhoods.
