- LEADERS: Includes owners, executive leaders, administrators, directors, assistant directors (over 3 years experience), and coordinators
- EMERGING LEADERS: Includes new leaders, entry-level leaders, assistant directors (under 3 years experience) and lead teachers
- CLASSROOM TEACHERS: Includes teachers involved in implementing classroom programming
