Join us on Friday, April 17th from 6:30pm–8:30pm for an unforgettable escape to the French countryside at Barnard Griffin Winery, where exceptional cuisine meets some of Barnard Griffin’s finest handcrafted wines.
Indulge in a thoughtfully curated five-course, wine-paired dinner inspired by the rich, rustic flavors of France. Each course is designed to capture the essence of French culinary tradition while being perfectly complemented by our award-winning wines, creating a harmonious dining experience that delights the senses.
Whether you’re planning a romantic evening, gathering with friends, or simply savoring your love for fine food and wine, this promises to be a night filled with elegance, flavor, and memorable toasts.
Tickets are $80 for Wine Club Members and $90 for the general public. Wine Club Members are encouraged to make their reservation by emailing [email protected] to receive the discounted price.
The Menu
Amuse-Bouche - spring radishes, cultured butter, flaky sea salt, garden herbs
Second Course – potage St. Germain; peas, pancetta, croutons, creme fraiche
Third Course – frisée aux lardons, poached egg, dijon vinaigrette
Fourth Course – poulet à l’Estragon , buttered pommes purée, asparagus almondine
Fifth Course - eclair with strawberry compote, pistachio pastry cream, and fresh whipped cream
