Pasta Fundamentals — Learn to Make Fresh Pasta from Scratch.
There are few things more satisfying than making pasta with your own hands. And once you know how, you never forget.
In this one-evening class, you'll make fresh pasta from scratch, dress it with a proper classic ragù, and finish the meal with a homemade tiramisu. Not a demonstration. Not a kit. You'll do it yourself — in a professional kitchen, with an instructor beside you the whole way.
This is where we start being honest with you: this class is priced to get you through the door. We're new to public events and we want you to experience what LCV's kitchen and instructors can do. Come once, and you'll understand why our students choose to train here.
No experience needed. If you can stir, you can do this.
The evening ends the way it should — everyone sitting down together to eat what they made, welcome drink in hand. Your recipes and your apron come home with you.
