A little something different for June… ✨Our June LCC meetup is always an in-person workshop—we love to shake things up in the summer and bring you something more hands-on and interactive!
This one does have a fee, but you’ll head home with three items and a wealth of wellness knowledge… and trust us, it’s so worth it!
So many of our Lake Country Currents members are passionate about health and wellness—and this workshop is the perfect way to dive in, learn something new, and create something meaningful with your own two hands!
Join us for a fun, interactive evening where you’ll not only learn the basics of herbal medicine, but actually make your own remedies to take home. 🌿

Join us for a hands-on introduction to herbal medicine. In this interactive class, you’ll learn how common herbs can support sleep, relaxation, and everyday wellness while creating your own remedies to take home. Each participant will make a soothing healing balm, a sleep-supporting tincture, and a refreshing herbal tea blend while learning the basics of safe herbal preparation and use.
*Participants will need to bring three 12-16 oz mason or other glass jars. All other supplies will be provided for you at the workshop, so you can take them home to complete the balm and tincture.
Jamie Kaminski, MSN, APNP, FNP-BC, FAIHM, is an integrative and functional medicine nurse practitioner and founder of Integrative Medicine Lake Country. She helps patients address the root causes of health concerns through a personalized approach that blends conventional care with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, herbal therapies, and targeted supplementation.
Jamie is passionate about educating others on natural ways to support health and empowering people to take an active role in their well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Ivy, and their dog Charlie, being outdoors, and reading.
