Despite building a successful career as a change consultant for Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen Group and Lloyds, unresolved PTSD led to alcohol abuse, the threat of being sectioned and rehab. After more than 60 therapists and 30 therapies, he found his turning point through self-leadership - discovering how to harness neuroplasticity to rewire the brain.
That breakthrough became Design For Life, a framework he now shares with leaders and teams to inspire engagement, resilience and high performance through a people-focused approach.
