We're back outside!! Hurray! Nature Sound Bath at The Laxey Glen !! ððĶðē
Sunday 12th April, 9-10am
The morning will start with a little breathing practice and a few stretches before everyone settles down to listen to the sounds of nature, gong, crystal bowls and kochi chimes. If the weather is iffy, we'll be in the tipi :)
We will have tables reserved for us in the beautiful Laxey Glen cafe where you can enjoy breakfast or a hot drink after the sound bath (not included in ticket price)
I really can't wait to see you there and to be in nature again ð
