LawLantis Launch Event: Youth Justice Game Demo, Workshops & Performances

Join us for the official LawLantis Launch Event: an immersive, community-powered experience at the intersection of justice, storytelling, and innovation. Designed for families but open to all, this dynamic event will feature:

• Trivia games and exciting giveaways
• A silent auction
• Powerful spoken word performances (artist to be announced), and
• An interactive youth-centered workshop (facilitator to be announced) designed to spark dialogue, learning, and collective action.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in community-building activities and demo LawLantis on site, exploring how this innovative platform supports legal literacy, youth empowerment, and access to justice through creative, non-traditional approaches.

Lunch will be served at no additional cost, and onsite vendors will be present with project merchandise.

Whether you’re a youth, parent, educator, advocate, youth worker, or community leader, this launch is a space to connect, reflect, and reimagine what justice education can look like when it’s people-centred and culturally responsive.

Info: This presentation introduces LawLantis, an interactive platform using storytelling and gameplay to make legal knowledge easier to understand and more relevant to real life. Attendees will explore how LawLantis connects everyday situations to the justice system in a way that’s engaging, relatable, and empowering.

The presentation is interactive, featuring a live trivia game where participants can test their knowledge, share their perspectives, and win prizes.
