Lavender Yoga

Come join us for a revitalizing session of yoga at Soulage Baltimore. Let's unwind and rejuvenate our minds and bodies together as you prepare for the week ahead. The event will take place on August 24, 2025 at 3:15pm - 4:30pm (Eastern Time).

Come alone or bring a friend. No experience necessary; this flow is beginner friendly and open to all levels. You will experience breathing exercise, postures, and sound healing sure to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed by the end of the session.
