You are cordially invited to our first Lavender Tea Party!
To our Rainbow Friendly readers, this is the event of the season. Join our debutantes and beaus for an afternoon of light refreshments, ballroom dancing, games, crafts, and even a bit of gossip–for what is a good party without spilling some tea?
You can find your match-made in heaven during our queer Blind Book Date, meet brew-tiful new friends at the closed tea exchange, be swept off your feet for our guided ballroom dance, and more. Hopefully the most scandalous things seen under the teen librarians’ watchful eyes will be the books!
The festivities will promptly begin on April 4th at 4 in the afternoon at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library, for what shall be the social event of the year.
Come dressed in your finest pageantry or come as you are. All teens are welcome.
