Join us every Tuesday for an exquisite evening of sunset yoga and sound healing, held in the center of the lavender labyrinth.
Experience a blissful 60-minute practice suitable for all levels, featuring a Guest teacher each week. Come relax and immerse yourself in healing frequencies designed to guide you into a deep, transcendental state.
The soothing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls will raise your consciousness and carry you deeper into your practice. By combining these two beautiful modalities, you are invited to turn inward, focus on your breath, and find true inner stillness. Let the waves of sound wash over you, perfectly harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit.
