Join Melody Lown for an in-person yoga session surrounded by beautiful lavender fields. It’s the perfect way to relax, stretch, and soak up some natural vibes. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, with over 10yrs of teaching experience Melody will meet you where you are. Come breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the scent of lavender while we find some light movement and focus on breathwork (pranayama).
Don't forget your yoga mat and comfy clothes! Everyone gets a complimentary lavender bouquet to bring home. There will be lavender icecream and other farm goods available after class.
