Laurens County Showcase Workshop
Open to all members interested in the SC 4-H Showcase on January 17th, 2026.
Whether you’re participating for the first time or are a returning contestant looking to sharpen your skills, this is a fantastic chance to get competition-ready in a fun, supportive, and confidence-building environment!
During this practice session, we’ll focus on key elements that are essential for success, including:
- On-Stage Movements: Learn how to walk, pose, and present yourself with poise and confidence under the spotlight.
- Spirit Wear Work session: Showcase your personality and style while proudly representing your 4-H and Project spirit.
- Question & Answer Portion: Practice responding to on-the-spot questions with clarity, composure, and confidence—an important part of leaving a lasting impression on the judges.
This session is designed to help you feel more prepared, comfortable, and confident on stage. It’s also a great opportunity to receive feedback, connect with fellow participants, and boost your stage presence before the big day.
We strongly encourage everyone to attend—you’ll walk away with valuable experience, new skills, and maybe even a few new friends!

Cost: $5.00
When: December 13th, 2025, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued.
Membership requirement: Current 4-H membership in is required for participation in this event.
Special Accommodations: Should you require special accommodation due to a disability, please notify the program provider ten days prior to the event.
Custodial Care Statement: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, or chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
