The Launch Paw-ty for the “Dog Days of Summer Art Exhibit” offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities for both people and pups. Hosted by the City of Winter Garden, bring your dog to this free community event for a tail-wagging good time and to meet your neighbors and their pooches. You paws-itively don’t want to miss this!
NOTE: Any leashed, vaccinated, well-socialized dog three months or older is welcome to attend this event and go inside City Hall while the exhibit is on view. Please monitor your dogs’ health and behavior, and attend responsibly.
EVENT ACTIVITIES:
Self-Guided Dog-Friendly Tours of the Dog Days of Summer: The Ulti-Mutt Art Exhibit inside the City Hall Gallery (no wet puppies, please).
Meet & Greet with the Exhibit’s Local Pawcassos (Artists) & their Four-Legged Models (Pup-arazzi welcome!)
Doggie Splash Pads (must be leashed and accompanied by pet parent) - reminder: bring a towel.
Pooch Photo Station - capture the paw-fect pose for a keepsake (be sure to tag us, @OfficialDowntownWinterGarden, on your Instagram and Facebook posts). BTW, you can even use your photo for an #AllAmericanPetPhotoDay post since the national holiday is the next day.
Themed Refreshments for both Humans & Canines (Bone Appetit!)
”The Dogs of Winter Garden” Art Piece - add your (present/past) dog’s photo (max. 4” x 6”) to the exhibit’s visual display of our canine residents. (Bring the photo to the Launch Paw-ty or anytime while the exhibit is on view, July 1 - August 31.) Your pup will be part of the show too!

Dog-themed Giveaways - free Winter Garden merch for your pup (while supplies last)
Raffle Drawings for Free Dog-Themed Gifts from Our Community Partners Drawing will be held at 7:45 pm at event - must be present to win.

Created by local artists responding to the City of Winter Garden Artists’ Call, “Dog Days of Summer: The Ulti-Mutt Art Exhibit” is a juried show celebrating locals & favorite pooches or an artist's interpretation of the theme.
While the exhibit is on display, both pups and their pet parents are welcome inside the Art in Public Places Gallery at City Hall to view the original works of art.
Reminder, bring your (present/past) pooch’s photo (max. 4” X 6”) to add to “The Dogs of Winter Garden” art piece, a visual display of our canine residents. (Photos cannot be returned.)
Presented by the City of Winter Garden, the Launch Paw-ty and the Exhibit are fun, indoor, (and FREE) family/pet-friendly activities to beat the heat of the Dog Days of Summer!
ARTISTS CALL:
From May 1 – June 10, the City of Winter Garden is hosting an Artists’ Call for the community to submit artwork for this exhibition.
