Launch event Proud 2B Ops

UHS are excited to be joining the national movement led by NHS Horizons, Proud2Be Ops. The purpose is to energise, connect and develop operational managers and leaders across health and care. Proud2BeOps is to become the recognised operational network that comes together, is committed to learning, influencing and having respectful challenge in a safe and supportive space. Across 7 regional networks UHS members will be able to access mentoring, leadership and management development programmes, webinars, training, conferences, recognition events, work in partnerships and network with other members within UHS, regionally and nationally.

Proud2BeOps@UHS is about rising the profile of operational management roles, enabling clear development opportunities, help with succession planning and attracting people into the roles and showcasing the critical role of operations within healthcare.

Come join us for the launch hosted by the Founder and Chair of Proud2Be, Emma Challans-Rasool and Ceri Connor, Director of OD, and our Executive Sponsor Joe Teape, COO.
