Proud2bOps is for operational managers and leaders across health and care provider organisations. These roles tend to be recognised as management positions across operational divisions, care groups and localities. Proud2Admin is for core admin to ops divisions and care groups, and including wider administrative colleagues across EFCD, HR, booking and outpatients, secretaries, pathway co-ordinators and more. Providing connection to peers who are in administrative functions and teams.
