Being an entrepreneur requires resilience, clarity, and balance—yet many business owners find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their own well-being. This unique mindfulness workshop offers a supportive space for entrepreneurs to pause, recenter, and learn practical tools for navigating the emotional demands of business ownership.
Led by April Howell, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CEO and Founder of Attunement Counseling, this session draws on trauma-informed, somatic-based approaches to emotional wellness. Participants will be gently guided through body-based practices including breathwork, grounding techniques, and mindful movement—tools designed to help regulate the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and promote inner calm.
