Come join us for a relaxing afternoon at Barnard Way Linear Park as we dive into a session of laughter therapy, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sacred chanting led by Certified Yoga Instructor and meditation guide Sandeep along with Human Social Movement founder Dan Ginzburg. This event is all about finding peace and tranquility in the midst of our busy lives. This is a donation-based event, with no obligation to contribute. We are offering this space simply to connect, share, and help each of us find a moment of calm. If you feel moved to donate, any amount is appreciated but certainly not expected.
