LAUGHTER YOGA EVENING
A different kind of night out! Laughter has a way of shifting everything—your mood, your energy, your nervous system. And in a room full of people, it becomes contagious in the best way!
We’ll use the power of community to release, reset, and reconnect.
Expect light stretching, guided laughter exercises, breathwork, and meditation.
It might feel a little silly at first. And then… something opens!
Led by Patti Norma — Yoga Alliance–certified (RYT 200) with over 15 years of experience, and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader trained by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga International.
