Latino Outdoors NYC | Hiking Marine Park with Camp Uwani

Latino Outdoors NYC and Camp Uwani are teaming up for another hike together! Join us as we earn Camp Uwani’s Brooklyn patch with a FLAT, 5-mile hike through Marine Park! We’ll have some great lookout points, creeks and mudflats to enjoy. The terrain has a parts of loose gravel, sand, and compact dirt. And, like true NYers, we’ll be serving up baconeggandcheeses & eggandcheeses at the start of the hike!

We’ll end the afternoon with a raffle to celebrate #OptOutside–a REI campaign dedicated to stepping away from all the hustle and bustle that goes into the shopping season and instead focus on the joys, beauty, and gratitude towards nature.
