What happens when you slow down, gather with other women, and let Latina warmth fill the room? This isn't just brunch. It's a space to breathe, connect, and be nourished — body and soul. You're invited to Latina Brunch: inspired by the vibrant cultures of Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Chile, and beyond.
What to expect
The morning flows through three pillars, each designed to help you arrive a little more fully into yourself and into community with other women.
Movement: We begin with a 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga practice to uplift our bodies and then find relaxation on the mat. No experience needed, just wanting to experience your physical body.
Nourishment: A shared brunch table inspired by Latina cuisines with soft drinks included. Think warm, homemade, and made with love.
Connection: Guided social connection cards invite you into meaningful conversation with the women around you. We open and close the morning in circle, creating a container of trust and warmth.
